GC/MS Agilent 6980 GC/5973inert MSD

The Agilent 6980 GC is equipped with autosampler, flame ionization detector (FID), and electron capture detector (ECD). The 5973inert Mass Selective Detector (MSD) can scan from 2-550 m/z and can be run in the scan mode (full spectrum or partial spectrum), single ion monitoring (SIM) mode, or combined scan/SIM mode. Compound identification can be achieved using the available NIST database.
