POSTER PRESENTATION FORMAT

• SET-UP – You may set-up your poster at the designated location on Monday, October 25, 2004 between 4:00 PM and 5:30 PM. All posters have numbers, and these numbers should be identified with the numbers of their positions clearly marked on the walls of the poster session room.   
• Your poster set-up must be completed by 5:30 PM, Monday, October 25, 2004.
• Posters should remain on display until 9:30 PM on Monday. Posters not removed by Monday 11:00 PM will be discarded.
• Poster presenters are expected to be available at their posters for a minimum of 2 hours during the scheduled poster session, which is on  

Monday          10/25/04 – 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM

The organizers will provide the followings items for each presenter:

·        A 5 ft (height) x 5 ft (width) area on the wall of the room.

·        Velcro tape to mount your poster on the wall

·        A "poster location number," mounted on the wall to identify each poster location. Poster Location Numbers will be in the Final Program you will receive at registration.

·        A staff person in the poster area from 4:00PM – 7:30PM on Monday, October 25, to assist presenters with any last minute problems that may arise.
